平素より、ホテルイースト21東京をご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
最近、モバイルバッテリーによる発煙・発火などの事例が、国内外で発生しています。
当ホテルではすべてのお客さまに安心・安全にお過ごしいただくため、客室内でのモバイルバッテリーのご利用につきまして、
以下の通りお願い申しあげます。
 
　・外出などで客室を不在にされる際には、モバイルバッテリーの充電をお控えくださいますようお願いいたします。
　・モバイルバッテリーから携帯電子機器への充電や、客室内の電源を使用してモバイルバッテリーを充電される場合には、窓際などの直射日光が当たる場所あるいはベッドやシーツなどの可燃物上での充電をお控えください。
　・充電中は、万が一のトラブルを防ぐためにもお客さまご自身が常に状態を確認できる場所でのご使用をお願いいたします。
　・連泊でご滞在中の客室清掃時に上記の状況が確認された場合には、安全確保のためスタッフがモバイルバッテリーの位置を移動もしくは充電停止の措置をとらせていただくことがございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

【Notice Regarding Mobile Battery Use】

We sincerely appreciate your continued patronage.
Recently, there have been reports both domestically and internationally of mobile batteries emitting smoke or catching fire.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask for you cooperation regarding the use of mobile batteries in guest room as follows:
 
• Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you are not present in the room, such as when going out. 
• When charging mobile devices using a mobile battery or charging the mobile battery itself using the room's power outlet, please avoid placing it in areas exposed to direct sunlight, (e.g., near windows) or on flammable surfaces such as beds or sheets. 
• While charging, please ensure that the device is in a location where you can monitor it at all times to prevent any unexpected incidents.
 
If any of the above situations are observed during room cleaning for guests staying multiple nights, our staff may take safety measures such as relocating the mobile battery or stopping the charging process.  We appreciate your understanding in advance.
