- Visitors to the Day pool must leave before the Night pool starts.
- Admission may be restricted during peak periods.
- Children: Children aged 3 (swim nappies are not permitted) through to primary school age.
Children under 3 years of age are not permitted to enter the Garden Pool. - The Night pool is available only to guests aged 16 and over.
Guests under 18 years of age may use the Night pool until 10:00 p.m. only. - Please note that deck chairs are available in limited numbers. They cannot be reserved.
- Guests with tattoos, including tattoo stickers and body art makeup, are kindly requested not to use the pool facilities.
- Outside food and beverages, including water bottles, are not permitted.
- Operations may be suspended in the event of adverse weather conditions.

Can I make a reservation for the Garden Pool only?

Starting this year, you can reserve to use the Garden Pool on a specific date (online reservations only). We also offer Stay and Pool Plans and Restaurant and Pool Plans.

Are there any circumstances
in which I may be unable to enter the pool?-
A.
Operations may be suspended if there is severe weather.
You may also be asked to wait during busy periods.

Are there any circumstances in which admission may be refused?

A.
Admission is not permitted for members of organized crime groups, their associates, other anti-social organizations, or persons with tattoos, including tattoo stickers, regardless of their size.
Guests who are unwell, have infectious diseases or skin conditions, or are wearing bandages are also not permitted to use the facilities.

If I choose to leave after admission due to a sudden change
in the weather, can I receive a refund?-

Once admission has been granted, refunds cannot be provided if operations are suspended due to sudden weather changes, including lightning.

Can I reserve a deck chair?

No. Deck chairs cannot be reserved.
Items left unattended on deck chairs for an extended period may be removed by staff.

Are towels, swimwear, and inflatable floats available for hire?

Bath towels and beach sandals are provided free of charge in the lockers.
Hairdryers, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are also provided in the shower facilities.
Competition swimming costumes are available free of charge.
Please ask the pool reception staff. Availability is limited.
Inflatable floats are not available for hire.
Guests may bring their own floats, provided they do not exceed 130 cm in length.
Beach balls are not permitted.
A complimentary electric air pump is available.

The Day pool is available to guests aged 3 and over. The Night pool is restricted to guests aged 16 and over.
Children of primary school age and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over when using the Day pool.

Children who require nappies or training pants are not permitted to enter the pool area.
*Children who are still undergoing toilet training, including those who wear nappies only at bedtime or when going out, are also not permitted.
Entering the pool while wearing nappies, including swim nappies, is not permitted.

No. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
